upcoming missions trips
We announced two short-term mission opportunities in 2024. We are excited to continue our partnership with Mission 2535 in the Dominican Republic with a team heading there to serve February 24th-March 2nd.
We will also be taking a team for the first time to Alicante, Spain next year as we develop a relationship with Bethany House a ministry training school for young emerging pastors and international workers. This team will be heading to Spain February 19th-February 26th.

Children’s Ministry Update
One of our emphases this coming year is to invest resources and energy in our continued redevelopment of our Children’s Ministry Program.
This Fall we will be taking steps to increase child safety and security, developing a new theme for our program, developing a multi-year Bible and Missions curriculum, room renovations, and investing in family activities and volunteer equipping.
This past week we started the process of implementing some of these changes including:
- Moving our Special Forces Sensory Room to the Children’s Wing of the building. The sensory room is now located in what was formerly the “Mother’s Room”.
- The last room down our nursery hallway now doubles as our new Mother’s Room, with the church livestream available for nursing mothers and during the week has a section set aside for a dedicated Children’s Ministry Office.

Financial Update
Over the past few months, we have seen a decline in financial support. This often happens during the summer months as people travel, but the dropoff is more considerable than usual. However, this creates challenges for us, especially as we operate on a more streamlined budget.
We will continue to trust God that he is providing exactly what he intends to provide through your generous support and we will make adjustments as needed based on the contributions of our church family.
