Tom & JoAnn Richards
We are Tom and JoAnn Richards, originally from Oswego NY. We served in many capacities at Oswego Alliance before serving among refugees in Austria with One Collective from 1995 to mid 2013.
Since then, we’ve been serving among resettled refugees on the North Side of Syracuse NY.
Resettled refugees come from places like Iraq, Syria, Burma (Myanmar), DR of Congo, Sudan, Afghanistan, Nepal and many many other places.
We proactively build and cultivate loving relationships with these dear people by demonstrating Jesus’ love in practical, tangible ways.
We also raise awareness among churches and Jesus followers of the incredible opportunity of coming alongside resettled refugees through relationships.
