Booth Agreement

Booth Size *

I understand that booth size will be set at 10’x10′ and will be assigned upon arrival on a first come, first serve basis

Booth Setup *

I understand that I/my organization is responsible for providing our own tables, chairs, pop-up tents and all other items necessary for booth setup.

Electricity & Wifi *

I understand that no electricity is available at the booth sites and wifi connectivity may be limited.

Booth Cost *

Price: $ 15.00

Fees will be payable by cash or check upon arrival on the day of the event.

Liability Release *

I agree that Oswego Alliance Church is held harmless from liability or responsibility for any damages, injuries, ,claims, etc. in relationship to the products, services, or offerings made by vendors and as a vendor I assume all liability and direct responsibility related to my products/services.
