Open Most Fridays from 11 am – 3 pm Most months have 4 Fridays and those months the Mercantile will be open every Friday. Foster Life of Oswego County is a ministry created by a group of local foster families who have a heart to recruit, equip, and encourage other foster families in our community. We aim to do so by offering monthly respite events that provide free childcare while parents have a few hours to themselves, by offering support groups and trainings, and by providing meals for foster families when needed.
