Bridge to Hope
Bridge to Hope is a local ministry working to provide hope to individuals in Oswego County by providing safe transitional housing for those experiencing homelessness and housing vulnerable individuals and families and to equip them with the tools needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Bridge to Hope has three primary areas of service to our community – Housing, Transportation, and Essential Needs. Meeting essential needs in our community is done through Second Chances. We offer free clothing, household items, and furniture to those in need. Our hope is that through meeting practical needs we also can share the love of Christ in practical ways.
