Foster Life of Oswego County is a ministry created by a group of local foster families who have a heart to recruit, equip, and encourage other foster families in our community. We aim to do so by offering monthly respite events that provide free childcare while parents have a few hours to themselves, by offering support groups and trainings, and by providing meals for foster families when needed.
Our monthly respite event is held the first Saturday of the month from September though June. The event runs from 4-7pm and is held at the Oswego Alliance Church. Foster and adoptive families can drop off all children in their family for a night of fun!
We are always looking for more volunteers to help run our respite night events. If you have interest in spending a few hours with some fun kids please let us know!
