2025 Fall Refocus Retreat, His Masterpiece: Jars of Clay

The Northeastern District Alliance Women Fall Refocus retreat will be here before you
know it. Join us for a weekend of relaxation, reflection, and rejuvenation at beautiful Delta Lake Bible Conference Center. This weekend will be centered on the theme His
Masterpiece: Jars of Clay and is the perfect opportunity to connect with other women, grow in your faith and refocus your mind and spirit. There will also be plenty of opportunity for reflection, prayer, free time, fun and fellowship.

The retreat will take place at on Friday afternoon, September 26th with dinner beginning at 5:30 p.m. and go through Sunday, September 28th, ending at 3:00 p.m.
There is an option to only stay until Saturday afternoon, but I would encourage to stay the entire weekend to get the most out of it. Join us for worship, teaching, prayer stations, free time, fun activities, fellowship and encouragement. Don’t miss out on this incredible retreat experience!
Our speaker for Friday and Saturday is Megan Owens. Megan is a children’s pastor in Rochester, NY. Megan completed the Alliance School of Ministry in 2023. She is passionate about helping people find freedom in God’s presence through spiritual disciplines.
Please note that registration is online only, and all of the information needed to register can be found on information sheet I’m sending you. The online registration will allow you to register multiple people.

There will also be an opportunity to shop from Mercy Market which is an organization that supports women around the world by offering handcrafted items made by those women.
Generous Roasting Company, a ministry of Delta Lake Bible Conference center will have bags of coffee for sale. We will be taking up two separate offerings at the event.

REGISTRATION COSTS: (Teenage girls are $5 less.)
Registration includes Alliance Women registration fee, lodging for those staying onsite,
meals, Delta Day Charge for commuters, and an EventBrite online registration fee
Commuters: $66.00 per person for Friday-Saturday only; $103.00 PER PERSON FOR
THE ENTIRE WEEKEND.
Cottage Owners: $57 per person for Friday-Saturday only. $95 PER PERSON FOR
THE ENTIRE WEEKEND.
Main & Mini-Lodge: $93 per person for Friday-Saturday only. $183 PER PERSON FOR
THE ENTIRE WEEKEND. At least 3 in a room at this price.
OTHER COSTS:
If you need linens, there is an extra charge of $7 per person.
For those staying for the entire weekend we will be having a pontoon boat ride available
for a cost of $7 which includes the online registration fee. There will be 30 minute
time slots for no more than 10-12 women per slot. Once we figure out how many sign-upwe will assign the slots.

LODGING INFORMATION:

• There are two lodges at Delta—the Main Lodge and the Mini Lodge which are dormitory style
  rooms. We can comfortably fit a total of 100 women altogether unless someone is willing to be
  on a top bunk. The lodge choices are on a first-come, first-served basis and we will assign
  rooms as the registrations come in.
• Churches, please figure out roommates. One may be assigned to join your group if needed.
  Please do not ask for a private room. This is not possible at Delta.
• There are three floor-level beds and one top bunk per room in the main lodge; two bunk beds
  per room in the mini-lodge.

• You can also try a different hotels in the area if you prefer. You can take advantage of
  special deals through Priceline, etc. If you choose to do this you would pay the commuter
  price.

• Final Registration due ABSOLUTELY NO LATER THAN September 19th for $10 more.
  NO LATE registrations can be considered. We have a contract with Delta and they
