SUMMARY:OAC WOmen's ADK HIking Weekend
DESCRIPTION:OAC Fall Hiking Weekend*Dates: Friday\, October 3- Sunday\, October 5\, 2025*Times may change*Location: Tupper Lake\, ADK (house is located on Little Wolf Lake)*Cost: $185 (covers two nights lodging and meals)*Payment can be made via Venmo (HMcDougall-24). If you do not have Venmo\, please reach out to Amy M to determine an alternate method of payment.*Sleeping arrangements: Home has 4 bedrooms\, which can accommodate between 2-3 people each.*How many can attend? We can fit 10-12 in the current rental; however\, if the response if such that an additional home would be needed\, there are a few options in the immediate area. Once we have 12 people registered\, Amy M will start a “wait list”\, then look to see if a nearby rental is still available once we have enough for the next home to be near capacity.*Plans for the weekend: Flexible! Where we hike and when will be determined by group interests\, after discussing options at dinner on Friday (we can break into smaller groups to accommodate for everyone if that works best). We’ll have dinner as a group Friday and Saturday\, with food being available to either make or pack for breakfast and lunches. Planning to have a time of worship Sunday morning\, led by Cali… time and place TBD (perhaps sunrise with a view as we worship?)*Travel: Also flexible! It makes sense to carpool; however\, people might want to head out at different times. More below…*Registration will be considered complete once your registration form AND payment is received. Please note that payments will not be able to be refunded unless someone else is able to take your spot. \n\n\n\nRegistration “cut off”: July 30 \n\n\n\nOnce the list is “set”\, Amy M will start a group discussion about favorite foods (to help her shop) and thoughts on travel (so we can coordinate). \n\n\n\nAny Questions?
